Nightbooks has three plans, billed monthly or annually. All of them include the core: bank feeds, reconciling, and live reports.

The plans

  • Starter ($15/mo) — one organisation, core books: bank feeds, reconciling, reports. Right for a simple business that mainly needs clean books.

  • Pro ($35/mo) — adds GST filing, AI reconciliation and unlimited invoicing. The plan most trading businesses want.

  • Multi-Pro ($65/mo) — everything in Pro across multiple organisations, with more users. Built for people running several entities, or accountants and bookkeepers.

Choosing

  • GST registered? You want Pro or above — preparing returns from the GST page is the feature that pays for itself.

  • More than one entity (or a trust alongside the trading company)? Multi-Pro is cheaper than two Pro subscriptions.

  • Annual billing is discounted relative to monthly — worth it once you have settled in.

Compare and switch any time under Settings → Billing; changes are prorated by Stripe so you only ever pay for what you use. See Changing plans and payment details.
